1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PriceKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Description of Service
PriceKit is a tool that helps iOS developers optimize their App Store subscription and in-app purchase prices using Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) data. The service connects to your App Store Connect account to read your apps and subscriptions, calculate optimized regional prices, and push price updates on your behalf.
3. Account and Credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must have the authority to connect the App Store Connect account you provide
- You are responsible for ensuring your App Store Connect API key has appropriate permissions
4. Payment and Refunds
- PriceKit is a one-time purchase providing lifetime access to the service
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- We offer a 14-day refund policy. If PriceKit doesn't work for your use case, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Use the service to violate Apple's App Store Connect terms of service
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure
6. App Store Connect Integration
- PriceKit uses Apple's official App Store Connect API to interact with your account
- You are responsible for understanding how price changes affect your apps and users
- Price changes made through PriceKit are subject to Apple's policies and processing times
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from Apple's API, policies, or processing
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PriceKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Price optimizations will result in increased revenue
- The PPP data used is perfectly accurate for all markets
- The service will be compatible with future changes to Apple's APIs
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceKit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any changes to your App Store pricing
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
- Any third-party conduct on the service
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PriceKit and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
